Delighted to have helped secure this landmark development in Belfast City Centre through Contaminated Land Assessments.
Whilst currently a car park, the site on Scrabo Street had industrial purposes dating back to the 1800s. The site will be developed in to 151 apartments and will bring an investment of £25 million to Belfast, with works commencing in 2021.
