Frank Macfarlane is a Director and Senior Environmental Scientist at OSM Environmental Consulting, specialising in Contaminated Land assessment.
Since graduating from the Open University in 2007 (BSc Environmental Studies), Frank has worked as an environmental consultant in the private sector alongside gaining his Masters Degree in Environmental Management in 2010 from Ulster University. His experience and drive led him to co-found OSM environmental Consulting in 2016 with colleague, Micheál O’Sullivan.
Frank has provided environmental consultancy for numerous projects across the UK and Ireland, with a particular specialism in the assessment of brownfield and contaminated land. The scale of the projects Frank has been involved in range from single residential dwellings to large scale commercial and residential master plans, with clients from both the public and private sector.
Day to day, Frank provides consulting expertise and manages business operations.
Frank is a full member of the Institute of Environmental Science.
